The 2017 UNOG-DCAF Seminar will discuss the topic of “Violent Extremism Online – A Challenge to Peace and Security”. This Seminar is the thirteenth in a series of annual events, jointly organized by the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) and the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). The purpose of these events is to address and raise awareness for pressing security challenges faced by the international community at large.
